Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Since many of our pieces are handcrafted, some items may require additional preparation time. You will be notified if there is any delay.

Delivery Time

  • Within Nepal: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, or logistics conditions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we offer free or discounted shipping promotions.

Packaging

Each product is carefully packaged using protective materials to preserve the integrity of the craftsmanship and prevent damage during transit.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or delayed, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (if applicable), and we will assist you promptly.

Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 7–14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless damaged or defective.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for eligible items within the return period.

  • You may request an exchange for a different product or size (subject to availability).

  • Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos of the issue for faster resolution.

  • We will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order details.

  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Securely pack the item and ship it back (or schedule a pickup, if available).

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Use coasters, mats, and runners to protect surfaces from heat, spills, and scratches.

  • Clean spills immediately with a soft cloth—do not let liquids sit.

Polishing & Maintenance

  • Use a mild wood polish or natural oil occasionally to nourish the wood.

  • Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the finish and detailing.

Handcrafted Details

  • Each piece may have natural variations in grain, color, and texture—these are part of its authenticity, not defects.

  • Hand-painted or carved details should be handled with extra care to preserve their artistry.

  • Wood naturally expands and contracts with temperature and humidity changes.
