Damage & Inspection Policy

To protect both the customer and Norzen Treasures, all items must be inspected carefully at the time of delivery.

  • Inspect Before Signing
If your order is delivered by freight carrier or delivery service, you must inspect the packaging and visible condition of the item before signing the delivery receipt.
  • Visible Damage
If there is visible damage to the packaging or item, you must note the damage clearly on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
    Examples include:
    • Crushed corners
    • Torn packaging
    • Broken wood components
    • Scratches, dents, or cracks
    • Water damage
    • Missing packages or parts
  •  Failure to Note Damage
Failure to note visible damage at delivery may result in denial of your claim.
  • Immediate Unboxing Recommended
We strongly recommend unboxing and inspecting the item as soon as possible after delivery.

If concealed damage is discovered, notify us within 48 hours and provide clear photographs of:

    • The outer packaging
    • Inner packaging
    • The damaged product
    • Shipping labels if visible
  • Acceptance of Delivery
By signing for delivery without written damage notation, the customer acknowledges that the shipment was accepted in apparently good condition.
