Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the size, shipping complexity, and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Damaged or Defective Items
    If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@norzentreasures.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photographs of the item
    • Photographs of the packaging
    • A description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

    • Repair
    • Replacement
    • Partial refund
    • Full refund
  • Non-Returnable Item
    We do not accept returns or refunds for:
    • Custom or made-to-order items
    • Personalized items
    • Items returned without authorization
    • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or improper installation
  • Shipping Charges
    Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Norzen Treasures.
  • Unauthorized Returns
    Any return sent without prior written authorization may be refused or returned to sender.
