Due to the size, shipping complexity, and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@norzentreasures.com with:- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the item
- Photographs of the packaging
- A description of the issue
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Partial refund
- Full refund
- Non-Returnable Item
We do not accept returns or refunds for:- Custom or made-to-order items
- Personalized items
- Items returned without authorization
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or improper installation
- Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Norzen Treasures. - Unauthorized Returns
Any return sent without prior written authorization may be refused or returned to sender.
