Norzen Treasures proudly ships within the United States and Canada.

  • Processing Time
    Because many of our products are handcrafted, made in limited quantities, or require specialized handling, most orders are processed within 3–10 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
  • Delivery Methods
    Depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order, delivery may be made through parcel carriers, freight carriers, or specialty delivery providers.
  • White Glove Delivery
    For select items and locations, we may offer White Glove Delivery, which may include in-home placement and basic setup.
    White Glove service availability depends on product type, destination, and carrier coverage.
  • Curbside / Freight Delivery
    Large furniture items may ship via curbside freight delivery. In curbside delivery, the carrier typically delivers the item to the nearest accessible point outside your property. The customer is responsible for bringing the item inside.
  • Customer Responsibilities
    Customers are responsible for:
    • Providing accurate shipping information
    • Ensuring there is adequate access for delivery
    • Confirming doorways, hallways, stairs, and room dimensions are suitable
    • Being available for scheduled delivery appointments when required

Additional charges may apply for missed appointments, redelivery attempts, storage fees, address corrections, remote-area delivery, or special access issues.

  • Shipping Delays
    Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather, customs processing, labor disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
  • Canada Orders
    Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs processing, import procedures, brokerage fees, duties, taxes, or delays. These costs and timelines may vary depending on destination and applicable law.
  • Tracking
    Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has shipped.
